At EDUMIG LTD, we strive to provide the highest quality educational experience. We understand that circumstances may change; therefore, we have established the following strict guidelines regarding course cancellations and midway discontinuations.
Midway Discontinuation & Cancellation
- Pre-Course Cancellation: A partial refund may be allowed if a formal cancellation request is submitted before the official start date of the enrolled course.
- Post-Access Restriction: Absolutely no refunds will be issued once course materials (whether physical or digital) or platform access credentials have been provided to the student, regardless of whether the student has logged in or attended classes.
- Promotional Enrollments: Any enrollments made using promotional offers, discounts, or special campaigns are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
